STORY

Expanding our workspace to accommodate a growing team and incorporate digital display technology into the studio, TENFOLD designed two distinct spaces for our new location in the Short North Arts District of Columbus, Ohio.

The design intent throughout the space centers around creating a clean, white canvas so our team and client brands shine with color and life. The Design Studio is where the magic happens each day – designed for our team to catch some heads-down work while also enjoying some creature comforts and inspiring spaces, like the reading nook or 16-foot family table. The space includes tone-on-tone branding featuring our practice taglines, “Ignite the brilliance of culture” and “Believe in the power of place”, as well as an excerpt from our culture narrative applied to the floor at the entrance to the studio. A nearly 15-foot LED dynamic display anchors the Design Studio in the kitchen and is visible for the entire team from their desks. The display is curated with ambient imagery, branded animations, and cultural elements designed to inspire us as we consider the execution of our client work.

The Collab Studio is our shared client and team space, designed around another 9-foot LED dynamic display, leveraged for client presentations and team collaborations. The space also features a kitchenette for hospitality, a conference room for small meetings and phone calls, and a workroom for hands-on meetings. Above the countertop in the kitchenette is our Reveal and Reflect wall, celebrating our mission to reveal and reflect the magic of brand and culture. A large tone-on-tone “10” intentionally designed to appear as part of the architecture features mirrored sides and an LED spectrum of color, highlighting how TENFOLD reflects our clients’ brands. The design was repurposed from our previous studio.
