Red Lobster engaged TENFOLD to bring a holistic and unifying creative layer to their 2023 annual Operations Leadership Conference to align and inspire the 700+ leaders across North America. From lobby activations that infused fun and created connections, on-screen content that launched and reinforced vital messaging, to branded welcome boxes and an interactive culture session focused on managing during transformation, Red Lobster leaders left refreshed, empowered, and aligned.

A WARM WELCOME
Interactive cubes created a connection point for employees with bold colors and themed messaging. Different sides of the cube were progressively activated throughout the conference and attendees were all smiles during gamified elements, from wearing lobster gloves to giving and taking advice from peers.

INSPIRING LEADERS
TENFOLD facilitated a culture workshop for attendees titled “Leading for Culture: What It Takes to Transform” and focused on how leaders can navigate, motivate, and win with their teams during times of change.

MAKING IT STICK
Throughout the conference, TENFOLD captured big and small moments through in-event videography. As a culminating moment of the conference, a recap video was played for attendees to reinforce learning and send them out with the memories and momentum to win.

Laying the groundwork for a great conference began with creating an inspiring theme for all to rally around. Rooted in Red Lobster’s strategic goals and foundational brand standards, TENFOLD developed the verbal and visual language to guide all creative expression and activations.
