East Coast-based brand Little Words Project engaged with TENFOLD to compliment their current retail strategy with an experience-forward concept. Diving deep into the brand purpose, TENFOLD created a distinct customer journey that connected guests to the power of words through reflection, inspiration and creation. Core brand elements served as anchors for design while fresh brand expression came through fresh color gradients and reflective materiality. The result was a highly-converting experience that not only delivered in performance, but also created a flywheel of social buzz for the brand.
